At Velora Clothing, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID or receipt) is required.
Eligible Reasons for Return
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is damaged or defective.
- The size received is different from what you ordered.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Used, washed, or damaged items.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be sent to the original payment method or bank account provided.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Wrong size
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective items
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Velora Clothing will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a size change or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
How to Request a Return
To start a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your Order ID and the reason for the request.
- Share clear photos or an unboxing video if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
