Return & Refund Policy – Velora Clothing

Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or receipt) is required.

Eligible Reasons for Return

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • The size received is different from what you ordered.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect).
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be sent to the original payment method or bank account provided.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective items

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Velora Clothing will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a size change or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

How to Request a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your Order ID and the reason for the request.
  3. Share clear photos or an unboxing video if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  4. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
